Apply your hair wash at the roots. This can be done in sections if your hair is dense and you find it hard to get products on every part of your scalp. The nozzle on hair-wash can help to precisely direct product exactly where you need it, including the very back of your head and the nape of your neck.
Hold the ends of your hair with one hand, and scrub at the scalp with the other. Use force, but be gentle. Only use the pads of your fingers, not your nails.
Glide hair-wash down your strands, repeating this motion to make sure you wash buildup off your strands, too.
Rinse. Double cleanse if needed, and then follow with BREAD hair-mask.

Smells like cereal milk in the best way! The scent is nice in the shower and doesn't come off too strong and give me a headache. Cleans the hair well but doesn't lather as much as I'd like, but that's a personal preference. Overall a good hair wash!
