Apply to wet hair, massage into a lather and rinse. Follow with conditioner. Use 1 time per week or as often as needed.

Hello! I'm 73 with very thick, natural, curly hair. Due to health issues, my once beautiful hair has become dry and very frizzy. My dermatologist prescribed creams that I had to use in my hair for 6 months that have built up to the point that nothing I've tried has helped to remove it. If Redken Hair Cleansing Cream Clarifying Shampoo may be what I need, please recommend how to use it and which Redken products to use in between the Cleansing Shampoo. I love this shampoo
I have used this shampoo for years, and love it! But now the shop I bought it from hasn't had it for awhile. Are you discontinuing this product. What's up with this? I hope not. I have a lot of skin allergies, and this is one shampoo that doesn't break me out

color treated hair issue
My hair has been colored and when I use his product it seems like the color has been removed. The product does not say anything about using on color treated hair.

One of my 2 favorite shampoos!
I usually use the redken volume injection. I have well warter and so I seen the cleaning cream and decided to try it. I have a big issue with my hair getting oily fast and ever since i started using this shampoo i can go 3 days and not wash now. I have always had to wash everyday and im so happy I have been able to wait a day or two if I want to. I am half korean so my skin is on the oily side. My daughter loves it. She used the cleaning cream wash then the volume for her second wash. I am glad the smell isnt strong because fragrance is a additive that i just dont like in any of my products. It smells nice! Kinda like a tangerine. My hair is bouncy and shiny! Will keep buying forever and always!

I ordered this at the recommendation of my hair stylist. I have very fine hair, and not much of it. I get curl put into it to add body. I blow dry it, and add looser curls with a curling iron. I use a lot of products to get it styled, and recently noticed the texture becoming very dry. It wouldn't hold a curl anymore. This is what I needed! With the very first use of this Redken Clarifying Shampoo, the softness is back, it holds the curl, and looks SO much better.

My hair stylist recommended this product to cleanse my hair with a lot of product and hard water build up! It definitely cleansed my hair but be careful it will strip toner so be sure to follow up with a purple or toning shampoo.
