I have medium short gray hair, I need some management and this hair cream does the job, not heavy or stiff but holds up all day, a wet comb is all that is needed for a mid-day refresher. The best part is that it washes out completely. Very clean product to use.

I like to use it when my hair is still wet, because it really stays in place as it dries. It's not crunchy, at all, though. I can run my fingers or comb through it and it still stays in place. It can leave your hair a little greasy looking, FYI.
