Slather a super thick layer on dry, cleansed face, avoiding the eye area. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse off thoroughly. Use as needed two to three times per week. For use overnight, apply a thin layer before bedtime in place of your moisturizer. Keep the mask in the fridge for an extra-cooling sensation.

I tried this both as a sleeping mask and as a normal mask and i love it! It's so gentle and leaves my skin hydrated, fresh and glowy without being greasy. I have combination skin (sensitive on the cheeks) and quite often masks irritate me but not this one. yes it has a slight yoghurt smell but that's completely normal when you consider the ingredients used and just shows how natural this product is. Purchase this you won't regret it!
