For best results, apply mascara from outer lash to inner lash from root to tip. Do not let dry between coats. Removes easily with soap and water or makeup remover.

You get a lot of product for a low price. The formula is very wet and can be heavy. An issue is that the brush picks up a ridiculous amount of product, way too much. I have thick eyebrows that sometimes like to droop. I use gel on them to keep them looking lifted and this does the trick. It takes a LONG time to dry, but once it does it isn't crunchy or flaky like some brow gels can be. I do reapply about halfway through my day and it doesn't get clumpy or weird in any way. It's a mostly foolproof product aside from how long it takes to dry down. Overall, good but not perfect. Still use every day!

This is the best thing to hold my thick brows in place! Perfect if you have naturally dark and thick brows and just need a little hold.
huge fail
this product does nothing for the lashes (makes them look wet and clumpy, does not dry down, can be wiped away without using makeup remover) so i tried to use it as a brow gel and it just makes them wet and doesn't dry down or hold. for the life of me i don't understand how this product has 4 stars on ulta or how this is somehow a cult classic. terrible product. can't even give this to my ten year old niece because i used it on my eyes so i guess it's going in the trash.
