Im not sure if the formula changed but it did not do anything. Im a loyal customer i been buying my hair needs for madison for years. I bought this product before, 3 years ago and it worked amazingly before but this time it did absolutely nothing. Maybe I got an expores one, maybe its defective. I dont know but I was very disappointed with this product

I've been going prematurely gray/white since my 20s and have tried many root touch up products. This product works well and doesn't feel gross like most of the others. I appreciate the auburn color. Many companies don't cater to redheads. I like the two brushes and the compact is nice. This powder lasts until you shampoo. If you have lot of regrowth, you do have to spend some time to touch up the color. I'll deal with that any day over the sprays that make a mess.
