Use only one dip of the wand and apply a single stroke to each upper lash line 2x daily (AM & PM). Avoid getting into eyes. Do not apply to the lower lash line. Allow 2--3 minutes to dry before applying other products or laying down. Use daily until desired results are achieved, then every other day for maintenance.
Pro Tip: For extra sensitive skin types, start slow. Allow skin to adjust by using 1x every other day, then increase to 2x daily once acclimated.
For external use. Avoid getting in eyes; if so, immediately rinse thoroughly with cool water. Not for use by customers under the age of 18. Minimal Results and Burned
I used this for two months with no noticeable results. Not on the lower lashes, no new little baby lashes, no darkening, nothing. Also, weirdly, it seemed to burn if it got in my eyes. I don't even have sensitive eyes!
It burns soooo bad omg
I was so shocked when I put this on and immediately it felt like I poured acid into my eyes when this is supposed to be for sensitive eyes. I have thin, sparse lashes so it seeps in between the lashes into my eye and burns like no other. Think water from the ocean, but 100 times worse. I can't speak to the effectiveness of it because after two days of this, this is going into the trash.
Awesome
I had been using the Grande last serum but my eyelids started itching. When I saw there was a gentle one I bought it. It is awesome. No itching and my lashes seem to still be growing.

Did not work like the original
I had great results with the original but this new serum I have see ZERO results in 4 months. I will say I had less itching and sensitivity but it has not helped growth at all
