Step 1: Press and hold the oval button on the front of the device for 2 seconds to power it on. Wait 30 seconds for the curler to heat up. The curler is ready to use when the red silicone sensor at the upper tip of the device changes from red to white.
Step 2: Choose either the low or high temperature setting. When the oval button on the front of the device is yellow, it indicates the low temperature setting. To switch to the high temperature setting, simply press the oval button one more time. The high temperature setting is indicated by a green light.
Step 3: Rest the curler near the lash base and pull upward, then hold for 30 seconds along the lashes for a beautiful upswept curl. Repeat as necessary.
Step 4: That's it! It's that easy. To recharge, simply plug the included charging cable into the device and connect to any USB port. The device takes about 2 hours to full charge and should last for 2 hours on a full charge.

Doesn't work
If you read the directions, it says it works better after applying mascara. I wish I would've known that before I bought it because I don't wear mascara. So for me, it was a waste of money. I only bought it because I didn't want to pull my lashes out with the lash curler.
Does nothing
I find this product to be very useless. It's expensive for the lack of function it provides. I had high expectations and I would highly suggest against purchasing this item. I hope to return it.

A must have
This heated lash curler is amazing! I curl my lashes, put on mascara, turn the heated curler on then wait a bit (while it warms up) to use this heated curler and my curl holds all day. Highly recommended.
Not for straight/down-turned lashes
When using this product, I can see the tiniest curl/lift immediately after using, but it falls almost instantly. I do have straight/downturned lashes so it may work better for people who don't need as much help with their lashes.
