Mist over damp hair in sections. Comb through, ensuring every strand is thoroughly coated from root to tip. Blow-dry in sections to seal in the treatment with heat. Style as usual or apply again and finish with a flat iron for maximum smoothing.

The main ingredient is alcohol and it is way too harsh on my hair. First time I tried it I washed and conditioned with bars. I then let my hair air dry just a bit and sprayed the smoothing spray. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I wanted to love this spray more than I did. The frizz control is noticeable and my hair looked shinier which I appreciated. However it left my hair feeling a little dry and not as soft and manageable as I normally like, and I did not feel much heat protection during flat ironing which was disappointing. One important tip, less is definitely more with this one because too much product leaves the hair feeling sticky and heavy. The scent is really lovely though, one of my favorite things about it. As for value, since a little goes a long way the bottle actually lasts a good amount of time which makes the price feel more justified. A good product with room to improve but the shine and frizz control are genuinely there.

At first the scent was beautiful, almost like a hair mist. But as the day went by it was so strong that it gave me a headache. It also flakes/turns white and there is no way around it. Effective, but won't purchase again because of the cons listed above.
