Hempz Glow Getter Shimmer Body Oil

Although I have 10 years of experience trying out different beauty products, I was never big on body oils but I was happy to give this product a shot. I enjoyed feeling how nice it felt to apply the Hempz Glow Getter Herbal Body Oil, it left my skin feeling super moisturized and soft to the touch. I also appreciate the shimmer in the body oil; it adds a lovely touch. A little goes a long way with this product, making it economical. It dries quickly without leaving any residue, which is a plus. However, be cautious when wearing clothes over it as the shimmer tends to transfer even after drying. I found this product to be best applied during the summer, where it's light weight enough to moisturize your skin and not leave your skin feeling greasy. I'd say that this product would best suit all skin types. I'm excited to continue using this product and watch my skin glow!

As a big fan of Hempz, I eagerly put their Glow Getter Body Oil to the test, hoping for impressive results. While there were certainly positives, I couldn't help but notice some drawbacks. Initially, I was impressed by how well the oil absorbed into my skin. The subtle shimmer added a touch of life and radiance without feeling overwhelming. My skin felt hydrated and supple throughout for a little bit. However, I was disappointed by the weak fragrance, their other products in the same line lasted a lot longer on my skin. Additionally, the texture of the oil felt a little bit sticky when applying. While the shimmer effect was subtle and flattering, I found it transferred onto clothing. This oil won't keep your skin hydrated all day long, but still does a good job overall. Not my favorite product of theirs but it's still good and I enjoy using it.

I love the Hempz Glow Getter Herbal Body Oil. Especially Now that summer is around the corner it's a way to elevate a look quickly. It's a bit tacky feeling at first, but absorbs quickly into the skin after it's been applied. My skin is left feeling moisturized and shinny soft.This product was easy to apply for all over body usage. The Body oil feels lightweight and natural to the skin.This one enhances the skin even more, because not only does it give that natural shine and radiance to the skin, but packs an extra punch with the rose gold reflects.The warm vanilla and bergamot is relaxing and this smells absolutely amazing It's not overpowering it's just enough. It does not wear off and really adds hydration to the skin. Does not transfer to clothes once it's absorbed into ur skin.

I love the ethically derived mica, warm vanilla and bergamot aroma of the Hempz Glow Getter Herbal Body Oil with Subtle Shimmer. However, I do not feel like it performed very well for my skin hydration levels as a body oil. I do tend to have drier skin, but as soon as I rub the Hempz Glow Getter Herbal Body Oil with Subtle Shimmer, it is completely absorbed with no amount of slip that is usually accompanied with an oil. Of course, that may be a positive point for some! I was hoping for it to feel a bit more like a body oil reminiscent of tanning oil to get an even coverage with a little amount of product. However, due to the fact that my skin absorbed the Hempz Glow Getter Herbal Body Oil with Subtle Shimmer I felt like I had to use a lot more product than I do with other body oils. I would recommend the other products in the Hempz Glow Getter collection for hydration first.

It hydrates with 100% pure hemp seed oil, which is rich in minerals, vitamins, and omega fatty acids. It also contains jojoba oil, aloe vera, and shea butter. The shimmer comes from mica, a naturally occurring, ethically sourced mineral. Even though it's a body oil, it dries quickly, and doesn't feel sticky or greasy. It also smells amazing with notes of bergamot, warm vanilla, and pink raspberry.
