Amazing
All of these body washes are amazing. I bought all of them. I mix them and finish with the oil wash. I feel like I just came from a spa!

Mediocre Cleanser With Over-Sensationalized Pkg Descriptions
Whoever wrote the marketing copy did an amazing job. Describing this cleanser as providing a spa-like, "sensorial experience," made me buy it. I wanted to believe it, because the ingredients seem to be good, especially linoleic acid and squalane, but this is just a meh cleanser. I do not think it gave me a "transformative" experience in the shower, like it claims in its marketing or on its bottle label. And I absolutely disagree that it leaves my skin "intensely nourished," like it claims on the label. After using it, my skin actually feels tight and dry, which I don't understand how that could be if the listed ingredients are actually in the formula. I really don't want to use it even to wash my hands or my feet, because they would be left really dry and tight with this cleanser. And I have actually no idea how they think the odd way this thing smells is in any way like a spa experience. It does not smell rancid or "off," as some others have said, but it sure does not smell good. It is just an odd, plastic-y, unnatural smell that must result from adding something to try to off-set an ingredient's real chemical scent. Frankly, I would have preferred whatever the original chemical ingredient smells like, because this is really odd and unpleasant. Again, it's not what you would call foul or disgusting, but it provides basically the OPPOSITE of a "spa-like, sensorial experience." And while the brand goes overboard in claiming the cleanser's "clean" ingredients and in touting its skin "benefits," this product contains coco-betaine, which is a major skin irritant and cause of allergic rashes and contact dermatitis. From the National Institute of Health: Cocamidopropyl betaine (CAPB) and coco-betaine are common surfactants known by dermatologists to cause allergic contact dermatitis and skin sensitization. Often identified as a Allergen of the Year by the American Contact Dermatitis Society in 2004, it causes symptoms like itching, redness, and swelling, primarily due to impurities like amidoamine or dimethylaminopropylamine.
Love. Love. Love.
This is about the third time I've bought this product. I absolutely love it gives my skin a glow and it feels very nourished afterwards. I use this in conjunction with the one that's meant for body odor from the same brand.
REDESIGN THE PUMP

REDESIGN THE PUMP. Who is in charge of product design? Didn't you realize that if you have to put up a video on how to open the product you've done something wrong? If your customers have to google how to open the pump it's terrible design. I'm not going to bother with this again just because the pump is poorly designed. What an utterly avoidable problem to have. Smh.
