Glimmer is a light floral gourmand that I believe is a crowd pleaser. I can smell the rose and vanilla in the beginning, before it becomes a pleasant amber. I'm not too sure where the macaron notes are, but I'm glad this doesn't smell like food. It has no sharp or syrupy notes, and its projection stays close to the body. I think this will be a great perfume for the office, it could easily become a daily perfume. This works for all ages. This fragrance is pretty good! I would say this is smells very floral forward with a musky scent when first applied and dries down to a clean, floral with a hint of sweetness. This lasts well on me for several hours no problem. I love how fresh this smells after sitting on my skin for a little bit and is a perfect daily use fragrance for me. I have to say I'm not that fond of this scent. Maybe it has too much going on and the ingredients just don't mesh well together, but it has a strong sort of artificial smell to it that was very unpleasant. I will say it is a long lasting scent, it's just unfortunate that it wasn't one I would want to continuously smell. There was only a small hint of a floral fragrance right after spraying it, but it was quickly overpowered. I would prefer it if the floral scent was the main attraction. It's not awful, but not something I would want to wear. I received this product for free from Estee Lauder for testing and review purposes.
