Step 1: Prep - Wash hands with soap and water. Shape nails and push back cuticles. Use enclosed Prep Pad to ensure nails are clear from oils and residue. Make sure your nails are completely dry before application.
Step 2: Select Size - Hold the sheet over nail to find your size. If you are in between sizes, always size down.
Step 3: Apply - Gently lift strip from sheet starting from edge. Place strip over the center of your nail, starting at cuticle line and pressing outward. For optimal adhesion, the strip should be placed above the cuticle line avoiding skin or cuticles.
Step 4: Remove Film - Remove the protective film.
Step 5: Press - Press down firmly from center and side to side.
Step 6: Trim - Trim strip flush to your nails using nail scissors or nail clippers.
Step 7: Cure - Cure under LED light for 60 seconds.
Step 8: File - Position the nail file horizontally along the contour of your nail. With one sweeping motion, file firmly across your free edge. Make sure GLAZE does not exceed beyond your nail length. Any overhang will cause chipping or cracking. Pro Tip: Using the wooden manicure stick gently press down on glaze strip thoroughly to seal all edges before curing. This will prevent hair and debris from catching onto the nail strip perimeter.
How to Remove:
Step 1: Remove - Apply cuticle oil on nail bed.
Step 2: Lift - Use manicure stick to gently and slowly lift nail strip from corner of the cuticle area. Gradually push the strip off your nail. Caution: Do not peel off with force or in one quick motion.

Popped right off :/
I've used LED nail strips before and like the durability of them. However I used the band Ohora. This brand did not last at all and in fact I lost 2 within 2 hours after applying them!. I'm not an amateur to doing this technique so it wasn't user error. Very disappointed because I liked the look of them. I will not buy this brand again.
Comes off easily
I followed all the instructions and then next morning I took a shower and two gel strips came off.

Charged again for free samples cause they didn't have item in stake I wanted instead of emailing me or texting me that the item isn't available would you like to cancel order or add more items to get free sample they just charge me now I have to go to store to return Very disappointed in this Coli replied shopping here
Disappointing
I usually love Dashing Diva products but these for some reason just do not stick on correctly so they fall off soon after. Ive used other colors and they have been great, usually staying on the full two weeks, but these barely lasted a day.

i groom dogs for a living so my hands are constantly in water ! ive had these on for a week now and they lasted and still look good! they do snag a little on my hair but i think that was more error on my part since it's not every nail. not sure if theyll last 2 weeks because of my job but considering other nail stickers and such dont last a day i think a week is good !
