Glasting Melting Balm
When I apply it on my palm, it looks just like the picture, but when I actually put it on my lips... it's really different... it comes out in a dark and dull color and has a shiny finish like an auntie's lips ㅠ

Just what I expected
This is a sheer balm in a stick. This can be twisted up and rolled back down (unlike a lot of similar products I own). The color Hippie Berry is a sheer pinky red, and can be intensified by filling in with lip liner underneath. If you're looking for long lasting intense pigment, this is not for you. I love sheer lipsticks so this is definitely a keeper!
New staple
Absolutely love this for daily wear. I layer it with lip balm underneath, and it makes my lips look and feel hydrated and glossy, without feeling too sticky. Color payoff isn't bad. Not a lipstick replacement, but gives a nice color and sheen. Awesome price point, too.
Wish this was in stores!
I've purchased two of these so far and I love them! For a gloss that isn't *super* sticky, it lasts longer than any other gloss I own. I wish stores carried them!
My new favorite
I was looking for something to moisturize my dry, cracked lips in the winter while also giving a splash of color - my skin is so pale and it can be difficult to find a shade that complements my pasty tone. I go it in Kaya Fig (06) and it is lovely. Also, the texture is not super sticky that my hair gets caught in it. I still use a heavy moisturizing mask overnight but this works great throughout the day.
Long-time User (Fair Olive)
I've been buying these for years and I absolutely adore the formula! It feels so cusiony on the lips, but not overly so. Kind of like a lip mask. I have very sensitive lips and I can wear these all day while still keeping my lips soft and non-irritated. The formula is buildable, so the intensity is really up to you in most cases. My only complaint is that you can only twist up the product so far, and there's still so much product left in the tube, so much that it's worth either using a spatula or de-potting it to use it longer. I'm also very sad that they brought every color to Ulta except my favorite one, Buffy Coral :( it's confusing why that's the only one excluded, it is literally the prettiest muted color thats a mix of beige and peach that is SO flattering on my muted warm-fair olive skin. I will definitely be sticking to Stylevana for that one, sorry Ulta! 🫶🥰 Overall, it's 100% worth it, but bear in mind that the colors apply deeper irl than in the product photos. I had to look up swatches on Reddit to see what they actually look like IRL
