Twist off cap, remove the protective inner lid, and twist outer cap back on. Dispense a dime-sized amount onto wet hands and rub to create a creamy texture. Massage onto face avoiding the eye area for one minute. Rinse thoroughly. Gentle enough for daily use.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. It comes in a large quantity. I like that it has two ways to use it, depending on your needs. I suggest wetting your hands first to add it; it's easier to manage.

I have very sensitive skin and have struggled with acne since I was a teen (I'm 27). I also struggle with having really dry patches of skin and then some oily areas as well. This exfoliator hasn't itritated my skin or caused any more acne to surface other than my isual breakouts. The reason why i live this product is because many exfoliators I've used have left my face feeling very dry and stripped of all my natural oils. It leaves my skin feeling slightly moisturized but not an excessive amount. I think this would be great for all skin types!
