Good at first
I love using glass nail files. This one isn't too rough where it just ruins the nail, but it was abrasive enough to work. However, it seems to have lost some of the abrasiveness that makes it an effective nail file after only a few uses. It is now too smooth to file. Disappointing because it seemed ...

Adequate
-Not as good as others that I have had in the past and too short. I like a longer file but was desperate. I can always leave this in my pocketbook for emergencies! Still looking for the longer ones.

Bought this as a cheap file to just try before getting a more expensive version. Loved it. My nails are usually brittle and prone to peeling, the grit on this is so gentle that it didn't create any tears. Lost it in my house, so I invested in a more expensive file thinking they'd all have this effect. Immediately torn up again. So I bought this file a second time, and my nails are back to being strong and solid. It takes a long time to file down initially but less beeakage is worth it 100%.
I wanted to try it as a second file
I have a Perfect Formula one and wanted something for an extra bag. I tried this. Its okay in a pinch bit doesn't stay sharp.
