WASTE OF MONEY
Neither head does anything. I even tried it on my arm hairs and it didn't even cut a single hair. I don't know how anyone could market this because it is a scam. CONAIR & ULTA won't get a dime from me ever again. Also didn't come with guard, as that would do anything anyway.
poor quality
the first time this thing ran out of charge I realized the charging cord doesn't work. it had been too long to try to return and I had used it. poor quality for the price.
Terrible
I used it twice before it broke and died permanently even after charging it. Plus, the extra head they give you for a "closer shave" doesn't do anything.
