LED nail lamps are a much safer option for curing gel polish compared to traditional UV nail lamps because they emit significantly lower levels of ultraviolet (UV) radiation, reducing the risk of skin damage. Unlike UV lamps, which use broad-spectrum UV rays that can penetrate deeper into the skin, LED lamps produce a more targeted wavelength that is just enough to cure gel polish without excessive exposure to harmful rays. Additionally, LED lamps cure polish much faster (30 to 60 secs) compared to UV lamps, which can take up to 2 minutes. I can't get the base coat to dry. I'm using the base coat that comes in the kit and I even tried putting it on really thin and tried leaving them under the light for 2 mins but it's still tacky. What am I doing wrong...

The lamp is supposed to take 45 seconds to "set" the gel... it does not work. :( I had to mess with it for over 45 mins and it never would harden. I will be taking it back to the store for a refund.

Bought this nail set because it was middle of the road in price, but I followed the instructions and still had to run the UV light at least 3 times per coat of nail polish. Didn't fully dry my nails still. Returning for better UV light and polish.

Works and works well!
I cannot speak to the longevity of their nail products since i just did my nails only a day ago. However, what I can say is that it 100% worked and it was my first time ever using gel. I normally have 0 luck with doing my own nails, but i was sure to follow the instructions, and luckily enough it worked perfectly. I have gel nails just as I'd pay for at a salon! Granted, they're not perfect, but I think with a couple more tries they'll be salon quality. Super happy with the results nevertheless.
