Seems good, just not for my hair
I like that Food For Soft by Matrix gives your hair heat protection up to 450°, which most oils don't do. My hair needs a lot of this oil to make it look healthy; however, when I put the amount I need it looks greasy. I apply this to my damp hair and then let my curly hair air dry and after it dries...

Hair Type Wavy Hair
I read all the reviews before buying this and wanted to share my honest thoughts, especially regarding some negative comments. I have mid-back length, silver/grey hair. 1. No coating of the hair: I use three drops mixed with my smoothing cream on the bottom layers and ends, then flip my head upright and use 2 drops mixed with smoothing cream on the top layers, followed by a brush-through. 2. Never sticky! I use 2 drops for days 2-3, sometimes even stretching it to 4 day hair, and have never experienced build-up. 3. Scent: I only detect a fresh scent when applying it, and I've never smelled it in my hair afterward. This product is a lifesaver for humid Michigan days. I have zero to very little frizz, even on rainy days!
