I usually buy tarte eyeliner but the young lady at ulta was like fenty is a good eyeliner and top seller since it was in the front and I said well I'll try it. Lasting Consistent Wear
I really loved this eyeliner. I don't get the time to play with my face too much and this white colour made my eyes pop like diamonds gem night look. Opaque radiance very subtle soft tool to apply to my eyelids.

So I went back to return it and they said, well, see if we can try another one.I said, okay, let's go check them all out. When we checked out the testers, they were dried. So when she opened three boxes they were all dry.One of them did apply, she was surprised. And said some might be defaulted. Yeah, right. She put them back in the same rack and I told her, why would you do that? Then, somebody else is gonna buy them. Knowing that they're not good. I really hope that rihanna reads these comments and make some changes. It sucks because I don't even think ulta or other people selling this product reported because some people, if you don't have your receipt, they will not exchange it. So now you're stuck with a messed up product that doesn't even work. I think it's a scam making so much $$$$$$$ off of makeup that are not worth paying for. I will not buy any product from fenty until the product is fix. Never again, Rihanna please stand by your eyeliner product .

First and last tiem buying this pencil. Eyeliner was dry and brittle right out of the box. Hard to apply, tugs my skin and breaks easily. More of this product wound up broken off in my bathroom sink than around my eyes.

Definitely not long wear
I honestly can't recommend this eyeliner. I bought it mainly because I'm such a big fan of the Fenty foundations and lip glosses. I assumed the eyeliner would be just as good as her other products. I was definitely wrong. This eyeliner goes on incredibly smooth, but basically wipes right off if you try and create a smokey eye look. I then tried putting it on without blending, wore it for about and hour before i rubbed if off with one swipe of my hand on accident. Just by something else... Hopefully i can return it.
