With clean hands, insert 1 Flora Power suppository into the vagina daily as needed or for up to 5 days. Expect some discharge over the course of the night (we like to wear a thin pad to protect our undies) but understand that this is normal. You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse. For ongoing vaginal care, follow up with The Killer Boric Acid Suppositories to maintain normal levels of vaginal yeast.

Great product to restore your good bacteria and get rid of yeast infections. I was suffering from a chronic yeast infection because of medications for the last two months. Fluconazole alone was not helping. I decided to incorporate this after my second treatment of fluconazole and it got me back on track. Fluconazole does not restore your good bacteria so it was a great thing to incorporate this. After a first night of treatment I saw results.
