How to blow out your hair:
- Select Rough Dry Style Mode. Using the drying concentrator, rough dry hair to remove excess moisture. To style, attach the styling concentrator, then select Volume Style Mode. Divide hair into 3-4 inch sections. Place a barrel brush beneath the first section, starting at the roots. Follow the brush with the dryer, pulling through to the ends of the hair. When you reach the ends, roll hair back up to your head and hold. Continue styling this way until the section is dry. Release and move on to the next section. Press the Lock-in Cool Shot button to set your style with cool air.
How to diffuse your hair:
- Attach the T3 SoftTouch 3 diffuser to your T3 Featherweight StyleMax professional hair dryer. Select Diffuse Style Mode, then blow dry hair focusing on the roots. While drying, "scrunch" the hair with the diffuser from ends to roots to define waves and curls.
How to prep curly hair for flat iron styling:
- After detangling hair, attach the T3 Smoothing Comb to your T3 Featherweight StyleMax professional hair dryer. Select Smooth Style Mode. Divide hair into 3-4 inch sections, then run the comb attachment teeth through hair from root to tip. Continue styling this way until the section of hair is lengthened and straight. Release and move on to the next section.
Pre-caution: Do not wrap the power cord around the dryer as this may damage the electrical wiring. Consult the enclosed user guide prior to use. Allow comb attachment to cool down before removing; do not handle immediately after use.

Broken after 1.5 Years

I bought this hair dryer Feb 2024, it no longer works. The plastic cracked and the ring around the attachment broke. I did not notice that my hair was any smoother than using any other hair dryer. Way too expensive for 1.5 years of use.

The dryer is fine. I don't recommend buying it unless you can get it from a physical store. I had an issue with shipping. The only "customer service," an AI email account. The AI didn't address my issue, but, there was no human to turn to. Then, AI stopped answering m, even when I asked for a refund. Three months later, I got an email (probably also feom AI) explaining that my emails has been "delivered to the wrong mail box" and offering a replacement. Then, that email went silent for another couple weeks. I emailed again, checking in and the response was that they didn't have my product, but, would send it in a different color. I finally received it, after more waiting and checking in. And it's a good dryer. But, not worth the awful customer service experience- especially for the price.
Awesome dryer for diffuses in-salon

As a stylist who specializes in curl, I really love this dryer. I use it multiple times a day. I see people using a Dyson dryer alongside me that do a crap job at diffuses (basically spending all that money isn't going to make you a great stylist). I've used other dryers like FHI & Twin Turbo to do diffuses and gotten fuzzy, ugly finishes on my diffuses. The T3 does a great job at a polished curl when used properly AND an awesome, fast and smooth blowout. The only downside is mine died after 1 year so I had to get a refurb warranty replacement. It isn't necessarily a pro dryer.
Attachments poor quality
Whike the dryer itself is fine, the attachmenta are made poorly and break easily. Also the after market back comb attachment constantly falls off. It wasnt made for this dryer. Save your money and buy a better dryer.
