Peel and place one patch on inside of wrist, or any venous area that is clean and dry. Patch may be worn up to 12 hours. All done? Simply peel the patch off and discard.
Precautions: Topical use only. Do not use on damaged, broken or irritated skin. Consult your health care provider before using if you have an existing medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing. Wash hands after use. Stop use immediately if you experience side effects such as skin irritation.
B12 Awake: Caffeine, Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinsensis), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Adhesive, Crafted with 0.5 oz caffeine per patch.
Dream: Melatonin, Hops (Humulus lupulus), Valerian Root (Valeriana officianalis), Black Pepper Extract (Piper nigrum), Adhesive, Crafted with (0.3 oz) melatonin per patch.

i boughtthis to try them out and the sleepy one worked WONDERS, put me right to bed. i got another B-12 patch from a mystery gift, 1st one didnt work ( may have been due to me feeling sick), but the 2nd one worked well. was up all day (just one quick 1 hour nap). only con was i couldnt stay focused ...

The "awake" patch did nothing for me. "Rescue" saved me from a terrible hangover, but it smells awful and turna your skin orange at the application site. The smell lingers even after you take it off, and it is truly so powerful that it's almost not worth the hangover relief.

This little package of fan faves is such a perfect way to try out a few different patches without having to commit to buying a package of 4. These come with one of each patch, so you get one of each kind (3 in total). The price is great, the patches worst fantastically, and they're great to throw in your backpack, purse or luggage. Love them!
