The consistency and glides on easily but this product is not for me. I have watery eyes and the liner stay about few minutes on my eyes and then starts transferring all over. It just doesn't stick to the skin. I have tried smolder and Teddy. Both colors have same issues. It just transfer like crazy ...

I received the Eye Kohl Eyeliner Pencil (Costa Riche) as a free sample in exchange of an honest review. I personally do not like this shade of eyeliner because it is too close to my skin tone and I look sick. I would reccommend this color for darker skin tones or very white skin tones, I am tan and the color does not look right on me.

I received this product as part of the campaign for my honest review. I loved this eyeliner! It's so pigmented and creamy. I personally used it only for my water liner and this did not disappoint at all! The color was bold and made my hazel eyes POP! The black was so intense and is going to be a great for use throughout fall and winter!
