Prep the skin using Tanologist Eraser & Primer. Moisturize dry areas, such as hands, elbows, knees and feet. Spray directly onto dry skin and blend with a tanning mitt using large circular motions. Shower 1-4 hours after application depending on desired end result. More time= deeper tan.
Precautions: This product does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of skin aging, skin cancer and other harmful effects to the skin even if you do not burn. Tanologist advises a patch test 24 hours before use. Do not apply on broken or irritated skin. Avoid contact with eyes. If reaction occurs, discontinue use/seek medical advice. Wash hands thoroughly after application.

I tried this product at least 5 times before writing this review because I wanted to love it so bad!! I self tan at least once a week and have tried many different products. I was so excited to try after many good reviews but am so sad at the outcome! Good color and application but leaves AWFUL peel...

My go to
I have used many self tanners and this one is by far my fave! It does go on clear so you have to be mindful when applying. I do circular motions. I notice people saying their color didnt change. I wonder if the review was written prematurely. I dont see a huge difference after I rinse (water only) but it continues to develop over time. Typically the next morning I have a gorgeous golden tan.
Worst Self tanner I've ever used
Ive been using self tanner for the passed few years but when i went to get self tanner cause i was out no one had my normal self tanner i use so i decided maybe ill try a new one. WORSE MISTAKE EVER!!! I applied this very causiously as it os clear and you can miss alot of spots. I woke up the next day and I was Orange. My face faded fine but its been almost 4 weeks and im still splotchy all over my body. Ive scrubed with everything i own and nothing is working. Its the worst color of orange and its very heavy when you put it on your body. DO NOT BUY THIS!!
Does not dry
I wanted to like this so bad but it 1. Doesnt develop in one hour and 2. Is SO STICKY. It took around two hours to stop being sticky and still looked exactly the same once those two hours were up
Did not work for me
I have been using the tanologist self tan water for a year, and decided to try the mousse. I never had an issue with the water, but thought this would last a little longer. The color was beautiful, but started streaking as soon as I got a shower. The self tanner came off on my towel after I showered, and continued to for days. When I shaved, there were streaks all over my legs. I am very disappointed by this product and would not repurchase.
