Most Helpful Positive Review My favorite mascara I'm always trying different mascaras and decided to buy this after Cover Girl went cruelty free. Honestly, I was shocked (in a good way) by the results. My lashes are average length and light colored. With this mascara they looked much longer and fuller. It was a super dramatic difference and more impressive than other (more expensive) mascaras I've tried.
Two caveats: You have to be careful when applying to avoid getting it on your eyelids. Also, I wouldn't recommend this for a natural, "no makeup" look, because (in my experience) it makes your lashes look way better than they could in real life!

Most Helpful Critical Review Great Mascara, Blue one SMELLS TERRIBLE So I'm not generally a fan of covergirl mascaras because they don't give enough impact...but this one is great! The wand is great, no clumping, and it thickens, lengthens, and adds loads of volume. My only complaint is that the blue one smells so foul! It's like I'm putting death on my eyelashes and it's a huge deterrent! Covergirl, please fix this, I don't understand how it made it to the market with the terrible smell!! Other than that, I look forward to purchasing the black one because I love how it looks. This would be a 4 stars if it weren't for the smell and will be a 5 stars if it doesn't smudge!

Now I like Big Bucks Mascara like all the rest of you do! But some times it is nice to have a less expensive one to keep on hand to wear to not so special things saving that ultra expensive beauty item for the big party! This gives me the length I want but not the volume so took some stars off.

I had doubts , but I think it's the best I've ever used ! Definitely gives volume and my lashes suck 😂 but they looked awesome !

This mascara is absolutely impossible to get off! I have tried soap and water, water and oil based removers, a makeup removing towel...everything! Nothing even touched it! I even tried to pluck it off with my fingers and all that does it rip the lashes out. It's like having clumpy super glue on my lashes. Applying it wasn't easy either, it's very wet and splatters on the face- and when it does it is very hard to get off. After scrubbing the splatters it lightens the area but still has a tint of black where the product was. Very disappointing!

The worst mascara I have ever used, just clumps all the time. I have completely cleaned the brush so many times and the very next use, it just clumps everywhere and I am barely putting any on.

I've gone through SO many different mascaras and spent so much money searching for something I like for my thin blonde lashes. I LOVE this mascara. It lasts longer than other stuff I've used, doesn't clump bit also goes on thick. I will say, after I used this I tried out the exhibitionist "uncensored" and absolutely despiseeee it. The wand gets so clumpy and gets all over eyelid even when I'm being so careful. It also dried out so bad and flakes off my eyelashes during the day and I'm always getting it in my eye. It's not the same at all, just a warning for anyone thinking they're similar. The reg exhibitionist does not get dry and flake off or get clumpy.

The mascara itself is just ok but my gripe is the brush. It's like trying to apply mascara with a toilet brush, it's so big and chunky. Can't do lower lashed or outer edges of my eyes without getting it all over. Won't buy again.

I decided to try this when I ran out of hypnose and my God it hurt on my lashes small little hard clumps near lash line couldn't wait to get home to remove! This is terrible to remove, even with remover, it hurts to get those nearly glue dot clumps off so close to lash line.

This is my current go to holy grail mascara. I have extremely oily, hooded eyelids and this is the first mascara I found that doesn't give me instant panda eyes. After like 12 hours or so I'll notice a little smudging but I can't complain. It wears almost like a waterproof but comes off so much easier. It makes my lashes look pretty great also. I have no clue why other people hate it so much. Since it came out I've probably gone through 20 tubes. I'm super stoked that Covergirl is cruelty free now.

This mascara is the only one that does my lashes justice! It separates the lashes, gives them length, and gives them volume. I've been using this mascara for over a year and I've never experienced clumping, flaking, or smearing.

Just bought this tube. The brush is terrible-the mascara gets clumpy on it and I have to wipe the excess off. The brush has a contour to it with it being fat on the ends and thin in the middle and only can use the end to actually get the brush to touch the lash. Feels heavy once applies. What a waste of money!

I loathe this mascara. I have tried everything to get it off my lashes, but all I am doing is pulling my lashes out. It makes my lashes feel terrible, like I stuck on the cheapest pair of fake lashes I could find. Don't even get me started on how it feels to rub your eye with this stuff on. Ouch!!!

I purchased this because I was looking for a Brown colored mascara. I think it's a pretty good mascara all in all. No problems with smudging even though it's not labeled waterproof. Great price too.

This mascara is alright … I liked it when I first got it but then it turned super clumpy and it would get flakey throughout the day . It does make my lashes look more long and it gives volume but I just dont like how it flakes on me .

Besides Almay this is my 2nd favorite mascara! I often combine them and it creates a WONDERFUL look! Inexpensive not clumpy yet very dark and lengthening!

The worst mascara I have ever used. Messy, clumpy and takes forever to dry. End result is awful! My eyelashes are not long and full like they should be, just clumps and gobs of mascara here and there. Somehow it gets all over hands. Also not waterproof, smears on me.
Hated it, I'd give minus 5 stars if possible.

I really enjoy this mascara. I have short, sparse, straight lashes and this gives them volume and length and helps hold my curl all day. My daughter recently starting getting into makeup and wanted a mascara and I got her this one, she loves it. The Covergirl Exhibitionist mascara is one of my favorites. It is affordable and looks amazing on my lashes. It builds volume and gives me length which is what i look for in mascara! It does get clumpy after a couple of coats so if you are layering apply thin coast to build up without clumping. Other then that it is PERFECT.

Y'all. Get this mascara. I have thin, long, silky, downturned blonde lashes. Not only do they not hold a curl no matter how many different tools and hacks I've tried, they also clump together and no matter how black the mascara is, it never pops with my blonde lashes. I have tried every brand, every wand shape and size, every formula, EVERYTHING, and the best I've ever gotten is "just okay" until this one. I've worn this to hot humid football games in the south. I've worn it to all day outdoor events in peak allergy season. I've cried with this, slept in this, worked out with this, really really put it to the test. It's never flaked, never lost it's curl, and always looked like I just put it on 5 minutes ago. I did read reviews that it's hard to take off - I've never had a problem completely removing it quite easily with Shiseido cleansing oil or a cleansing balm paired with a makeup eraser.
I can't believe I'm saying this about an item of makeup, but it has absolutely changed my life.

The product works great... Has a great wand but it's absolutely an unpleasant experience to apply it because of the smell... I put it on and instantly got scared thinking something was wrong with the product? Why does is have such an awful smell? Some feedback would be great
