1-2 times per week, apply to damp skin in the shower and gently massage in small circular motions to exfoliate. Rinse well.

Favorite Scrub
This scrub really does smell so amazing without being too overwhelming. Doesn't have that waxy chemical smell/feel that other exfoliating scrubs have. I think it works well to make my skin feel smooth without causing pain, and leaving me with less than normal ingrown hairs.
My new go to scrub.
I wouldn't say this is a heavy exfoliating scrub but it does work well for summer skin. The smell is divine and probably one of best I've used. Great packaging and works for my sensitive skin.

if you love vanilla get it ! it smells amazing, leaves the skin soft and hydrated. Not sticky or greasy like some scrubs, easy to rinse, love it !

I purchased this as a gift, along with the body wash of the same fragrance. I love the Monday products and do not hesitate to give them to my friends. Makes a nice gift. The fragrance is lovely. I will buy again and I highly recommend.
