After Elvive Dream Lengths shampoo, apply to wet hair, only to lengths, avoid the scalp. Massage for 8 seconds, then rinse. Follow with conditioner, then blow dry for optimal shine. 1 dose = 20ml. 1 dose for fine to medium texture. 2-3 doses for thick to wavy texture. Use an extra dose for long hair. My hair has gotten frizzy from time to time even though it is straight. No matter how much I brush it or anything. This product has been very easy to use and very convenient. I have curly hair and after having a baby I haven't had the time to upkeep it. I used this product in the shower to help detangle my hair and it got the job done. Only downside is because I have thick curly hair I have to use A LOT of product. I do love the smell of it though.
