My new "must have"!
This is the first thing I put in my hair when I get out of the shower. It smells incredible AND it feels great in my hair. It makes my hair feel twice as thick once I blow dry it and keeps it feeling silky all day, but not so soft that it's hard to style. It's a 10/10.

It works
I was so leery of tik tok hyped products but i fell for it. I have fine hair that gets damaged and tangled easily. Products usually weigh my hair down. This is a really good thickening serum. You have to use more then you think so all your hair is coated and the heat activates it. Is it some magic product, no. It is however, on par if not better then Avedas thickening spray which i always thought was the best on the market. You do have the feeling something is in your hair but it definitely created volume in my hair that lasted all day. Will become a staple.

I wanted to love this product, but it left my hair looking dull and feeling so dry. It definitely gave my hair more "body", but not in a good way. I'm usually a wash every 3 days girlie, but I wanted to wash this out of my hair the next day.
Worst return for replacement service I've ever had

This item was shipped via envelope rather than a box, so it was damaged in shipping (the lid/applicator broken off). I understand these things happen. I went into the chat for customer service to get the item replaced. It said a new item would be sent along with a return envelope to send back the broken item. Nothing ever came so I drove into and actual store to replace the broken item with a new one. It wasn't in stock, so they said they would have to return the item in a separate transaction from ordering a new one to be delivered. That seemed agreeable- but they tried to charge me seven dollars more for the item . I explainedI wanted to simply change the broken item for a good one, but because I'd bought it with a discount they couldn't do a product exchange and would have to charge me the additional amount. Very frustrating, I left.
I would buy this product again.
