- Clean and dry your skin --- no lotions or oils.
- Peel off the backing from one side and press the insert onto your breast, placing it at the outer base for a natural lift inward and up.
- Peel off the outer side backing and gently press into your bra or clothing to secure. Adjust as needed for your desired lift and symmetry.
- To remove: Slowly peel off and cleanse with mild soap and warm water. Let air dry before reusing. Reapply the plastic protective films for safe, clean storage.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Fits right on me. I'm size B and they feels so normal without feeling tied up or out of place. They stayed in place and performed very well. I'm surprised about the material quality of them. They are not causing any itching or discomfort at all but they do have a great support system. Yes I do recommend using them.

Very good adhesive
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] These are so sticky! I like that they are made from soft foam material. They are very easy to attach and I like how well they stay put. They don't even shift around when I move. They are double sided so one side attaches to your body and the other side sticks to your clothing. They are still good at lifting and make the boobies look good. I highly recommend these!
