I bought some last week and they are fantastic. I had other disposable diaper for postpartum recovery but they were causing discomfort and irritation. These provided relief and also had way better gussets, I felt like I had no worries about leaking in the night.

I bought these pad undies for postpartum recovery. They are comfortable as can be when so uncomfortable after delivery. They are full coverage and do not leak. I also tried a pack of these underwear from a different popular brand and I found the Real to be much more comfortable.
