This is a very adequate lotion but I would not say it is particularly good or effective for dry or extra dry skin. The biggest problem with it is that the moisture almost completely disappears moments after application. Sure it's very soft immediately after applying and there's not really much greasy feeling but the softness lasts such a fleeting time it's absolutely not worth it. I recommend Lubriderm advanced therapy instead it locks in the hydration for days!

This is the only lotion that really helps for dry skin in the winter months without leaving a slimy feel. The bottle lasts for a long time and is a great value for the price. The pump handle adds easy convenience for anyone using it!
