I have long, thick, wavy hair. I wanted to like this, I really did. While yes,it did detangle, three of the top teeth snapped off. If your hair isn't too thick, I could see this being a win. I didn't realize when I ordered this comb that it was so huge. It does a good job, but I wanted readers to know how big it really is. I've never seen a comb this large.

Broke on fine, wavy hair
Bought this to comb product into my daughters fine, wavy hair, but teeth were breaking off almost immediately. Wanted to like it, but unfortunately would not recommend.
Great for styling, not detangling
I love this comb for lifting hair off my scalp. It works much better than my Tangle Teaser brush when it comes to moving lots of hair around (like when styling upside down) and then and creating parts quickly. It helps me style my hair quickly before it dries. I don't think they should've marketed this as a detangler. The teeth are narrower than a lot of wide toothed combs, but I think there are better detangling tools out there. That said, this comb has become essential to my styling routine.
