NO!
Uncomfortable to sleep in, comes apart in mins, worse than the original rod version.
Practice makes perfect
After practicing how to wrap you hair properly, my hair has turned out great. I let it air dry, put some moose in it since my hair doesn't hold a curl and my waves have lasted all day. it has also helped me sleep on my back so I dont create face wrinkles sleeping in my side. would recommend with some practice.
Omg BUY THIS!
So I had some extra Ulta points and decided to use them on this. First - my hair is THICK and coarse and naturally curly, but I straighten it. I also have 24" sew-in extensions. I loathe curling my hair, and honestly it doesn't normally stay very long. But I love the mermaid hair look. I washed my hair last night, did my normal blow dry and straighten routine, and then attempted to put these in while watching the tutorial video. I started trying to do it the way they describe (starting with a smaller section and adding more hair with each wrap). I couldn't seem to get that down correctly (definitely my error). So then i decided to just wrap it all together. It took maybe 5 minutes, total for both sides. I then went to sleep shortly after. It was slightly hard to get comfortable with it on, but I think that was partially because I was just mentally worried about messing them up. I woke up this morning to take them out. My hopes were very, very small. I've tried many other heatless curl methods and they all honestly were total failures. I went to take them down, and was SHOCKED! GORGEOUS mermaid waves. I tried to attach a picture, but it won't let me. It curled SO perfectly. Both my natural hair and my extensions. I already loved the normal Sleepy Tie (prior to having extensions). Now, I will use this religiously. Don't hesitate to purchase! Such an awesome product!!
Must try

Not my favorite
I am a heatless curl girly i have tried everything from a bathroom rober to the octocurl.. and everything in between.. while this is a cute idea and made with geeat material.. it didnt stay in slipped alot and was overall hard to use and the curls were lumpy and the ends were a mess .. i dont like using rubberbands on my extensions either so overall a miss for me.. way better profucts out there.. and for the price id say keep moving..
