Good For Certain Styles
My hair is somewhere between 3b/3c and this is my first time using a mousse. I would not recommend for wash and gos. My hair looked okay (not great) from the beginning and as the days passed, my hair looked terrible! I wanted to give it another chance but on a different style so I tried it on finger coils and my hair looks amazing! True to the claims on the bottle, there is great hold, definition, and it is quick-drying. I think protective styles and this product are like peanut butter and jelly!

Hair Type Very Curly Hair
I love pattern mousse!! The smell is earthy, like cucumbers. Please do not use on 1a-2b hair, it will not define your hair. With that hair type, I would recommend a more powerful mousse, like Curl Talk. To get the best results, you should use this mousse AFTER washing your hair. I like to go in with a curl cream before, then pattern, then a scrunch, and then gel. You can always touch up your hair with water and this mousse too. Overall, this product is a game changer and is AMAZING!
