You really can just kind of slap it on and buff it in. You can't really go wrong with something so easy to use for this price. You can build it but the base doesn't build much opacity when blended, but that's not really the point of this product, it's just worth mentioning. I kept mine with the little plastic inner flap like a liner, I don't know if it dries out over time without. Might buy a second color. Also, it hasn't bothered my eyes.
Great Price for a Versatile Product
This is my first cream eyeshadow. I wanted something golden brown and shimmery in a cream formula after having trouble with powder formulas I tried not sticking the best even with an eyeshadow primer. The low price of this item caught my eye. I am satisfied with the formula and like using this for simple looks. It brings color and warmth to my eyes.

Soft shine
