Product is great, packaging is awful
I am 50/50 on this product. The formula is beautiful, but the packaging ruins it for me. The formula is the perfect consistency for my dry skin in the cold weather and it feels amazing on the skin. The packing is a big no. The first thing is the smell. The product smells like the plastic contain...

50/50
I do like the toner.. with that said the packing is the worst and you lose half the product every time you twist the lid closed…It shoots out as you close it. Wasteful.
Excellent product, awful packaging
Toner is SO hydrating and has a really pleasant texture, but the packaging is as bad as everyone says. It's hard to control how much product comes out and it drips all over the top of the packaging. It feels wasteful because so much comes out I usually have to wipe on my arms or wash off. I'm only tempted to rebuy because the product itself is actually really great for my eczema-prone skin...
Silky smooth hydrating toner
I picked this up to add to several other moisturizing toners I have as part of my flooding routine. I absolutely love the silky milk texture of this. It absorbs quickly into my skin and doesn't leave me feeling sticky. I've seen a lot of complaints about the packaging of the bottle— there's definitely a trick to using it. Twist open the lid and shake the product into your hand, then wipe any excess off the lid and set it on the counter while you apply to your face. When you twist it closed after applying it, any excess product in the lid will have run back down into the bottle and nothing will squirt out of the top when you close it. Hope this helps!
Packaging malfunction
I don't know if it's just the one I got but it explodes every time I try to close it. I love the product but because of the packaging I gave it 3 stars. So much waste.
Love the product, hate the bottle
This is my first time using a milky moisturizer and it's wonderful to use prior to putting my makeup on. Especially for the price given the comparable brands are triple what this costs. However, the reason for only 4 stars is because of the bottle/top. 70% of the time that I close it, it squirts out product which is causing waste or excess. That is my only gripe and I hope they find a solution.
