The bottles are sealed tight when being filled initially so that we can ship them safely. Due to this, it can be difficult to unscrew the top for the first refill and will require a strong, secure grip. Kylie cosmic gift set with body lotion is a dream

First it took long to come but I understand cause of the holidays but the real problem is when I did receive the item, it looked used and some perfume was missing and when I emailed about it 3 times, they did not respond.
