First it took long to come but I understand cause of the holidays but the real problem is when I did receive the item, it looked used and some perfume was missing and when I emailed about it 3 times, they did not respond.

I am absolutely in love with this scent, im on my second bottle my only critic is it does not last long at all, and i wish it did. people always compliment me on the scent in the first 5 minutes of wearing it, after that nothing, the scent goes away so quick unfortunately.

This is a beautiful perfume, strong enough that i spray once in the morning and it stays on all day without fading away.

I will genuinely not know what to do with my life if this perfume ever discontinues. It has been my signature scent since its launch. The scent is strong to last all day, but not too strong that it burns your nose. Im genuinely so impressed with this perfume. Its the only scent I wear that I am constantly stopped to know what im wearing. Kylie, please queen- never get rid of this

I wanted to buy the refill for the cosmic perfume and,I was trying to see if it's refillable before I purchase it but,I have the 3.3 oz and,it won't unscrew.

The bottles are sealed tight when being filled initially so that we can ship them safely. Due to this, it can be difficult to unscrew the top for the first refill and will require a strong, secure grip.
