Most Helpful Positive Review Second Review I already wrote a review for this, but now that I've had a month+ to play with it I'm writing another.
Let's start with application! I use a damp sponge to apply this on my face, neck and ears using a pea sized amount..then I do targeted powdering with a fluffy eyeshadow brush with a powder foundation (typically the Mac Studio Fix,) then I apply blush, contour etc VERY LIGHTLY, and then I set it with setting spray (usually the Morphe setting spray.) This makes it last about 9-10 hours without any crazy signs of wear, but it definitely does show signs around the 6-7 hour mark (shine, separation in creases like the nostrils, under the lip etc.)
Next..the positives: it's full coverage without creating a totally blank canvas and sacrificing a skin like finish, it blurs my pores, it doesn't oxidize, it wears gracefully if not disturbed, the SPF doesn't cause any breakouts, and the amount of product that you need is so small that it lasts a long time. It's also albino friendly (the lightest shade is at least,) which I appreciate because it's always impossible for me to find shades that match me.
Now for the negatives: it takes a bit of work to make it last well (powder, setting spray, and even a primer if you so choose,) it's not transfer proof AT ALL..so you need to beware when wearing a mask and avoid touching your face, and blending powder products over it can be tricky because it's so easily disturbed..so you have to be VERY gentle when finishing up your base (even after setting with powder.)
All that being said this is a beautiful product that I enjoy wearing..and I get a lot of compliments whenever I do! I highly recommend this CC cream to anyone who doesn't mind their makeup looking like makeup and needing to put in a little work to make it look good..because it really does do a lovely job at creating a nice base when all is said and done (and that's saying something because I always want my base to be undetectable.) Try it out!
Most Helpful Critical Review Not for women over forty! I really wanted to like this product after investing steeply in both the foundation and translucent powder. I heard it was long lasting and had a lovely texture with great coverage. Sadly, after just a few hours, the product was readily falling off my skin and settling into creases in a very noticeable fashion. What started as a matte, natural finish, turned oily and shiny in the t-zones..which is strange because my skin is amply dry. It also felt sticky and water like on the skin surface and presented with a subtle 'chemical' odor. I used my traditional moisturizer and no primer. Less is more for my skin type. I react to everything as a rosacea patient. I applied the foundation with a sponge after attempting to blend it with a brush. It was a streaky mess with the brush! Was a lot better with a sponge. This might work for some skin types, though not for gals with wrinkles and creases..or those who prefer their makeup to last all day. I like my Two Faced foundation so much more! Though, the translucency power is amazing! It blurred my pores instantly!

I really wanted to like this but it's uncomfortable. It's very heavy, doesn't blend into the skin, separates and looks cakey. It doesn't blend out well. It is definitely full coverage and that was a bit surprising to me. I prefer NARS tinted moisturizer or IT Cosmetics.
A little goes a long way 5

The best CC cream I've ever tried. Full coverage but not cakey and it completely hides the redness I have all over my face. I would highly recommend a great moisturizer before applying. 100% will be buying again.
It's Just Ok 3

I wanted to love this CC cream but it did not work for me. It is much fuller coverage than any other CC cream that I've worn. It looks so good when first applied. However, it rubs off so easily, especially with having to wear a mask. Within a couple hours of wear, it had rubbed off on top of my nose while settling into the creases of the side of my nose. I tried with several brands of primer and without primer...same result regardless. Also, this broke my face out horribly!! I haven't had a break out in years and now I can't get my face cleared up. Not worth it in my opinion.
Wanted to love 1

Holy grail! 5
Harriett from Tucson, Az
I've been on the HUNT for a perfect foundation / CC cream. I'm a full coverage / medium coverage gal and my skin? It's a little difficult. I have bad redness, big pores, texture and my skin type is "normal" until you get to my nose creases then it tends to be dry there. I've been hunting for about 1 years now trying every brand you can think of!!! Nars, too faced, Marc jacobs, IT cosmetics, Morphe 2, M.A.C, Urban Decay, Anastasia, Lancôme, shisedo And SO MUCH MORE. My pockets HURT. While all these are great foundations, they weren't exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something that protects, blurs, hydrates, camouflages, lasts long, doesn't transfer, true to color match and with a satin finish… and finally I stumbled upon this gem! My holy grail after YEARS. It works best applied with a dense foundation brush and a good hydrating primer. My skin looks so good with this CC cream. Runner up would be IT cosmetic's CC Cream; but I'm telling y'all, this one is THE ONE. It lasts all day, it gives a stunning satin finish, doesn't transfer or slip n slide around, it's rich in its color and easily blends with other products. Flash back is beautiful, no oxidizing. I mean it's a dream in a tube. It does well with masks. Doesn't separate or gather. Evens skin tone and evens skin texture. I will be buying this from now on.
Flawless Finish 5

Flawless finish. Great Coverage. You will not be disappointed.
A big disappointment 1

Do not waste your money. It's not worth it. Clinique and IT are much better.
Feels like heavy foundation and not like a CC cream 2
Maiz from New York, NY
This feels and looks like caked up foundation on my skin. It looks gross and is very messy (rubs off on everything). If I wanted to wear foundation, I would. I like a light cc cream just to even out my tone a bit but this isn't it. Waste of money
Cakey but great color correction 3
CC Cream Queen from Dallas
I wanted to love this... I really did. But I cant get past the texture it leaves my skin. I've tried all kinds of primers and setting sprays to get it to work, in addition to various blending tools, but I still look like a cake face. Such a shame bc it really camouflages my dark spots and other discolorations. I will keep trying until I run out but I've already used it at least 30 times. I like the Hey Honey one more.
MY FAVORITE! 5
AnnieD from Savannah,GA
I have used a lot of foundation from cover girl to Estee Lauder and this is by far the best I have used! I have oily combo skin and this is perfect for me with enough coverage to cover my freckles. I will be buying again.
Great coverage but… 3
Dermablend from LA
This has really good coverage but I don't think it's good for oily skin. It goes on smooth and looks great for about an hour but then it looks like it's sitting on the skin no matter how well you blended it. It makes pores visible but does well to hide redness.
One of the best CC creams AND foundation 5
Marina from Los Angeles
Covers everything meaning you need very little. It's a soft matte finish and my new favorite.
Love it 5

I have never had blemish and acne problems til Covid, because of my job I have to wear a mask for over 12 hours a day several times a week and now I have blemishes and acne , this makeup is a perfect match and decent coverage
It's the only foundation I have ever liked. 5
Bridget from Jacksonville, NC
This is the only foundation I have ever liked. It is light on the skin and with having to wear face masks I noticed it doesn't rub off.
I would buy this again!!! Thanks to Tracy who helped me!!! 5

amplified acne texture, made pores have that caked on foundation look somehow. I did not use primer or moisturizer as I thought cc cream was meant for skipping that step or being a your skin but better look... but idk. also gives an unnatural looking sheen to skin making it look a bit oily.
Love it! 5

Love the coverage, natural look
Great coverage 4
Aislinn from CA
Bought this because my skin is very sensitive but works well with Derrmablend. It is super full coverage and covers redness easily while feeling super light weight on the skin. You definitely need a good moisturizer under this because it is a very drying product and will cling to dry patches if you're not careful. I use it with the dermablend loose powder and it stays all day without breaking down. Overall I think its a good product that will last me a long time but I don't know if it beats other bb creams I own.
Cc cream with buildable coverage 5
DoriT from Mandeville, LA
I am impressed with this Cc cream. It has SPF, buildable coverage and leaves my skin looking pretty flawless. A little goes a long way so the tube should last me a long time.
NOT FOR SENSITIVE SKIN!! 1
Amanda from Buffalo, NY
Ugh!! I have very sensitive, rosacea skin. I used this for two days and my skin was BURNING. Especially when I would cleanse at night. By night two my entire face was inflated and bright red (not to mention it was super painful). This is a CHEMICAL SUNSCREEN and if you have sensitive skin it WILL irritate. I was so upset because the reason I purchased this was because my skin had never looked better and I was ready to move away from traditional foundation.
Looks amazing on the skin 4

I wanted a product that had SPF, that WASN'T a traditional foundation since I don't wear much face makeup (because I suck at it), and that had some skincare built in. I have used the ILIA tinted serum and I love it, but I've had a hard time finding my true color match and my skills blending two colors are NOT strong. This CC cream came in a perfect shade for my skin, and the first time I applied it (using a brush) it was a shock to my amateur eyes - it looked like my skin, but better. The finish was soft and skin-like, not too matte, and not too glowy (which is another con about the ILIA). It wore really nicely all day, I wasn't greasy by the end of the day, and it didn't rub off on the collar of my shirt. It was a LOT more coverage than I was expecting but it didn't look or feel heavy.
I was a little disappointed the next morning when I had some breakouts. I'm in my late 30s, and my skin has never been perfect, but it's very easy to tell when I've changed something: my skin tells me. I didn't want to just return the product though, so I increased the time between my morning skincare routine and when I applied the CC cream to allow my Vitamin C serum and moisturizer to set better. I haven't had any more issues. I think my skin was just adjusting to a different product.
I still don't wear foundation/CC cream every day, but when I want a little extra coverage or a more polished look, this stuff is exactly what I want.
Color and texture is great and happy to have 50+ spf 5

Using daily to smooth skin colors and be sure to have my sunscreen also!
I would buy this product again 5
Melis from Spring Hill, FL
I have only used this product a couple of times so far but I love it! It covers my malasma that I have all over my face and I also love that it's SPF50 because I need to use a sunscreen to prevent from getting more malasma so this is definitely a great product and this with the full coverage concealer and the setting powder it covers great!
Love this product! 5

I wanted a light weight option to wear when I don't want to wear foundation. I have the hardest time finding a cc cream or tinted moisturizer that had SPF already in it that didn't break me out or fall off my oily face. This has been a lovely option. No it's not transfer proof on its own, almost nothing is anyways.
