Competent & Comfortable Detangling Brush!

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. This Complete Carebrush from Tangle Teezer is meant to cover all types of hair from straight to wavy, so I was interested to see how it'd handle mine. My hair is mostly straight, but I have strands of a few different textures that can be a c...hallenge to manage sometimes. The long and varying sized teeth on this brush allow my straight, wavy and coarse hairs to pass by and detangle easily. If you have medium thickness hair like mine, I find it goes faster to split my hair in sections, whereas if I brush all my hair together it's a slower and more careful process. The bristles also massage your scalp, but I'd advise to be gentle, because they're also a little bit stiff and sharp. The Glossed Raspberry color is a pretty color that's easy to spot on my counter, and it has a sturdy handle and comfortable hold, however I wish it was a little bit longer for a more secure grip. I believe the ergonomics of the handle favors right-handed use rather than left because the curved angle pushes into my left palm, but it's a minor detail complaint that doesn't affect ease of use much. It says it works for both dry and wet hair, but I've only used it dry and am curious how it works with more fragile wet strands. Also, keep in mind to not use hot tools such as blow dryers, since they warn the teeth can easily melt. Overall it's a good brush that smooths my hair, makes it look more uniform, and effectively detangles!
