I'm echoing a question that someone asked 6 months ago about how hard it it to get the Color Last conditioner out of the 13.5 oz bottle. Your answer was unsatisfactory to say the least. A great product like that deserves user-friendly packaging. What tips do you have for getting a just right amount out of the container without taking a saw to that narrow neck? Please pass them along. Thanks.

I have been using this product for years and have been happy with it until you changed the packaging to a new slimline tapered bottle. I CANNOT get the product to come out of the bottle. I end up having to take the lid off and try to squeeze some out and even then it doesn't want to come out. After squeezing and shaking finally you end up with way too much, rinsing half off your hand onto the shower floor which then makes the floor slippery. Ready to just throw this out.
- Asked by customer105

I have dark hair that lightens easy. I've recently started coloring my hair to my natural dark roots. I've been using Matrix Color Obsessed shampoo and conditioner. But, it is still fading fast to a red brassy tone each time I have it done. Is this a better shampoo/conditioner to use? Or what would you recommend?
- Asked by Leigh
- Official Answer By Matrix - Brand EngageHello, Biolage Colorlast is a nourishing shampoo and conditioner that protects hair from environmental damage and strengthens hair while hydrating. When used together, Colorlast Shampoo and Conditioner gives hair salon-vibrant color for up to 9 weeks. To help tone down the brassy tones you can alternate with Total Results Brass Off Shampoo and Conditioner The shampoo deposits balancing blue-violet pigments to reduce brassy tones while the conditioner nourishes and moisturizes dry hair. .Was this answer helpful to you

The best!!!!
I bought this on a recommendation from my mother, who has been using it for years on her brunette colored hair. I was worried at first because it contained sulfites, but the sulfate-free shampoo I was using (giovanni 2chic moist) wasn't giving me the results I wanted; my hair seemed brittle and dry ...

You lost a customer with the new formulas
After almost 10 years of my hair loving the shampoo and conditioner I will have to move on. The new formulas cause brittle and unmanageable hair. I LOVED the formulas the way they were. I felt my hair was in great hands. Now I feel burned. The quality is poor and the prices higher. Very poor choice....
