Not for everyone
This is a very overwhelming scent and yes very old lady like. It is strong and spicy and sweet that if sprayed too much can make people nauseous. I get why people receive compliments, and it is because this perfume will get noticed before one even walks in the door. So yes this perfume gets noticed....

i get compliments every time i wear it. it pears well with EOS vanilla cashmere lotion. also paired well with miss doir absolutely blooming perfume which is now discontinued. it's pricey but a little goes a long way. more than 3 or four sprays will be overpowering. but three or four (in different areas of your body and not in the same spot) will have you smelling wonderful all day
