I'm a 64 yr old white woman. Back in the 70s and 80s I thought some black women smelled SO good, and it was the same scent. I had many black women role models growing up, starting with Diahann Carol in the TV series Julia, and Lynn Hamilton in The Waltons. Anyway, the scent stayed with me all my life, I always wished I could find it in a perfume. Here it is. I smile when I read negative reviews on here about how it smells like "old ladies" because well, yeah, that kind of tracks! But for me, in the best way! Maybe Drake has the same scent memories growing up of older women or favorite aunties. I love this fragrance. It lasts a long time too, I can spray it on my wrist and still smell it there the next day when I wake up.

I bought the travel size but absolutely will buy a bigger bottle. I've used it a couple of times now and have sprayed it ONCE each time on my neck/upper chest. This has lasted the longest out of my few colognes AND has the best projection. My manager just walked into my office and immediately said I smelled good. Definitely recommend.

I do not believe these reviews. I went into Ulta looking for some other fragrances and the associate was pushing this hard. I'm always open to try something new so I smelled it on the tester strip and I actually liked it. I went to try to smell the fragrances I had come there for, but they didn't have the testers. So I figured I would at least try this one (I like to test the fragrance for the day before I buy it). Well, I really wish I had smelled it again on the strip to confirm whether I still liked it. I sprayed some of my wrist and as soon as I sprayed it behind my ears, I instantly regretted it. It was so strong and overpowering. It smelled like an old lady. I hated it so bad and I hated myself even more for not only spraying it, but now smelling like it. How do I describe it? Overly powdery, with some floral notes hiding behind it. Fortunately, as it dried down, it started to smell a tad bit better.I was able to smell the Jasmine. There was some musk. But overall, it was way too powdery and sharp. It was like too many scents had been mixed together without any regard for how they behaved together. Like when you mix a bunch of colors and it turns into an ugly brown color. It does not smell sophisticated, expensive, complex or any of the things that I enjoy about fragrances that I choose. There are no nuances, just powdery violence. It smells cheap like something that you would find at a drugstore. This is very bad. It also has an ugly bottle too. I didn't have time to take a shower so I tried to wash it off. I put alcohol on it and it would not go away. My friend did not smell it on me, but I was across the table from her. Nonetheless , I had the misfortune of smelling it all day. For some fragrances that is a plus, but in this case, it would be better if it faded away quickly so that one would not have to experience it for long. Only purchase this for the most hated individuals in your life, self hate included. I hate it and I do not recommend it.

I received a complimentary sample with another purchase, and initially I wasn't sure how I felt about the scent, but after giving it time to settle into my skin and really develop, I am absolutely hooked to the scent. I definitely see how this scent could work in a unisex manner, but I think it definitely skews feminine. I'm going to purchase a full-sized bottle after my sample runs out!
