Gently unscrew the Clear Brow & Lash Mascara applicator and work the clear mascara from root to tip of lashes. After applying brow color, brush the clear gel through eyebrows for the best groomed look. Apply second coat if desired.

idk abt this one
I really have some confusion on this one. so I I've been usisng this and then today I was doing my makeup and put on the gel as usual(nothing else on the brows) and all through out the day and rn still My eye brows itch SO BADLY. they are sooo itchy and it was so annoying and still is. I have. no clue what happened maybe I'm allergic but yea. other wise this product works well and makes ur brows itchy.

Doesn't hold your eyebrows or lashes, starter gel
When you apply it, make your eyebrows white. It doesn't really hold. There isn't a lot of product inside. It's good if you want to try it for the first time and don't want something that will hold your eyebrows up. I like how it has 2 sides, but I finished one side when I had only used the product 3 times. Definitely, please don't use it on lashes, as it will ruin them. It was worth the 3 dollars, but now it's 4, still is an ok starter gel. Question: Why did the price go up?

For stubborn brows this is a holy grail
For the past 10 years ive purchased this product dozens of times. Not flaky, gives you a stiff hold without any white cast, which for someone with stubborn browse is exactly what I'm looking for. I will likely buy this until the end of time. No other product has ever compared to this one for brows and I always come back and have several on hand. Please never take this off the shelves, elf! Ps: also nice for a clear mascara, though I often use both sides for my brows!
