Step One: Swipe Extracts wipe onto the nails, allowing the formula to set for 10-15 seconds per nail. Wipe each nail again until polish is completely removed. Step Two: Apply 2-3 coats of Makeover and/or Luminous as a treatment alone or 1 coat under color nail polish as a base coat. Allow to dry between coats.
