Makes me want the SPF-less version

I've always heard great things about the La Roche Posay Cicaplast Balm B5 but never got around to trying it so I was estatic to get a hold of the UV version through Influenster. Long story short, it just makes me want to try the original version even more. I think this is a good, soothing cream fo...

Melts into skin like a dream. I love how luxurious this felt. I wore it alone on days when I didn't wear makeup and my skin looked smooth. My only downfall is that it left a slight white cast on my skin. May not be suitable for darker skin tones.

I like this skin protrctant/sunscreen made by La Roche-Posay, but mainly to be used on areas of my body that will be exposed to the harsh UV rays from the sun. It is very well formulated with 1% dimethicone (skin protectant), as well as 8% homosalate, 5% each of octisalate and octocrylene, and 7% zinc oxide to provide the sunscreen. But unfortunately, it is too greasy for me to wear on my face for daily use. However, if I was going to be walking around on the beach this would be a great option for me as it does a very good job at protecting and moisturizing, especially with the shea butter and vitamin b5. No irritation from it as it is very well formulated for sensitive skin types. Non-comedogenic, fragrance free, and parabrn free is also a plus! Just needs to come in a larger sized tube.

The Cicaplast Balm UV is a nice sunscreen cream. The texture is nice, is very reasonably pricedc and has a nice scent, but it did break me out a bit. I will continue to try it to see if something else is the culprit, but this balm is recommended for anyone with dry skin looking for a good sunscreen cream.

This product was unexpectedly amazing. It does have a sunscreen scent and comes out of the tube very white. But after applying and rubbing in the product, the white cast disappears and it looks great on the skin. I was outside at peak UV for an hour and did not get burned!
