It has a smooth application of an ethereal blue shimmer for the first swipe. The multidimensional pearls that reflect the light at every turn do give it a lilac/blue shift that is beautiful. It is buildable, with a second layer giving more opaque pigment, but if not done at the right stage of drying...

Chameleon eyeshadow/liner
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This eyeshadow comes in an incredibly beautiful silver packaging. Its goes on smooth and dried fairly quick. You can use it for eyeshadow or even for a pop of color as an eyeliner. This shade is sooo pretty from one angle its a pretty pink and from another angle its an almost purple color. All you need is one pass for a daily shimmery look, or you can layer it for a bold glamor goddess look. In the picture the top is 2 layers while the bottom is just one. At the end of the day its easy to wash off.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Packaging is very light, color is so pretty! Perfect for festivals! Would look great as a liner, all over the lid and even as a highlighter. Cleaning this up is pretty easy unlike other glittery products but isn't as long lasting
