Q&A

Showing 3 out of 3 Questions
Q
Do they stay in without the clips
Asked by Jama
Official Answer By KITSCH - Brand Engage
The ceramic thermal hair rollers are designed to stay in place without the need for clips, thanks to their design. However, for added security and to prevent slipping, many people still prefer using clips. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
How do the ceramic rollers get hot
Asked by Ally
Official Answer By KITSCH - Brand Engage
The ceramic core within the roller is an excellent heat conductor, which means it can transfer heat efficiently. When exposed to a heat source, such as a hair dryer, the ceramic core absorbs the heat and then transfers it to the outer layer of the roller. This heat is then applied to the hair wrapped around the roller, helping to set the curl or style. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Can these rollers be used on dry hair
Asked by Ashley
Official Answer By KITSCH - Brand Engage
Our rollers can be used on slightly damp or dry hair. Here are our recommended steps for how to use: 1. Section your hair 2. Place the roller at the root 3. Brush upward 4. Roll downward 5. Apply heat with a blow-dryer & leave in until hair is completely dry 6. Remove the roller by pulling gently out the side of the curlWas this answer helpful to you

I have tried velcro rollers a few times over the years and like most things they have their pros & cons (lightweight...

10 Minutes of Panic and Destroyed Hair

I am writing now after ten minutes of actual terror trying to get one of the eight rollers out of my hair. My hair is long and fine, and seven of the eight rollers came out like a dream. However, there was one roller framing my face that refused to come out. Even though I had rolled it just like t...

I wish you had a smaller version. I got my hair cut off and I want the volume but I cannot use these rollers. Even the smallest are pretty big. I think you would have a lot of clients!!!! We love volume too. I gave it a good review because it was great on my longer hair. Wish I had it now.

I purchased these and at 68 am very concerned about More hair loss. As I remove the rollers, I sense my hair is getting damaged/split ends. Anyone else? Or are they completely safe?
