When using pencil, twist up minimally to avoid breakage. Expose about 1mm, with the pencil just barely peeking out of the tip.

After reading all of the reviews of the eyebrow pencil, I decided to try it anyway. The first on eyebrow pencil that I bought worked fine and I really liked. so I decided to buy it again, but my second time buying this eyebrow pencil. It was just as everyone described in the reviews. It broke every time I used it. It was terrible. By the time I had got around to using this eyebrow pencil, it was two far past the return date to return it so I just ordered a different kind of eyebrow pencil so far so good.

Do NOT buy this brow pencil. Received and it was hard brittle hurt my skin when I tried to use it and the tip breaks EVERY TIME you try to use it. It was 35 days after my purchase that I finally needed to use it, when customer service contacted they said nothing they could do since after 30 days. Nice way to treat PAST loyal customers. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

I love this brow pencil! The superfine tip allows me to enhance my thinning brows. The filler tip lets me create a natural looking yet full brow all the way across the arch. The gel brush sets the makeup and hairs perfectly. This lasts ALL day! I love it and I'm here to buy a new one! A suggestion to those criticizing the thin tip: don't push so hard and it won't break! Mine doesn't break and I've used it daily for over 2 months.Used correctly this is a wonderful brow tool with true staying power!
