Step 01: Using spoolie, brush brows up to show any sparse areas + comb hairs into place.
Step 02: Fill in brows with hair-like strokes using eyebrow pencil. Start at the inner corner of brows to lightly define this area, moving into the arch of brows to add more pigment and thickness.
Step 03: Use the spoolie again to blend color into brow hairs for all-day, strong hold.

Not Worth It
Bought this for my mother since it was half off at my local Ulta. She had it for 30 days and it's already gone. Glad i didnt pay full price for it.
Dried up after 2 months
Im not someone who buys makeup very often, which means i tend to use my products until theyre gone. I had this eyebrow pencil for only two months and it has already dried up and hardened. Its no longer usable. Very upsetting… Was great at first, but overall would not recommend.
Love a good brow
Love a good brow moment and this product really delivers. I have bought this product about 3 times already and its my go-to. The price point is reasonable and the quality is good. I also love the brush on the other end of it. Great for daily use, I use a brow gel along with this product.

I wanted it for soft brown eyeliner and not brows... :D ... maybe Halsey is improving the formula.. can only hope. it would be perfect if it wasn't a desert pencil
Favorite brow pencil!
I love this brow pencil so much! I recently dyed my hair and needed a cool dark brown to match. After a lot of searching, I came across this brow pencil in black brown and it was perfect! It's super long wearing and looks pretty natural. It also applies easily and unlike some other reviews I've had no breakage issues which could be because I'm used to only pulling out a little product at a time anyway. This is my new go to and I think it's pretty fairly priced.
